The February Book Sale was a huge success. Thank you to all the volunteers who worked to carry, sort, and sell the books donated by so many generous people. And we greatly appreciate the donations from the many kind people who bought the books. Thank you very much.
Past events
Dragonflies-Majesties of the Pond with Jerry Schneider was awesome. On July 1, 2010 we learned about the difference between dragonflies and butterflies and so much more. Great T-shirts!
Public Supper hosted by the Friends of the Belgrade Public Library and the Girl Scouts raised over $895 for local fuel assistance. The Friends also received a grant of $1000 from the United Way and $1000 from Messalonskee High School Class of 2008 that they donated to the Town fuel assistance fund. Many thanks to all the volunteers who helped us help our neighbors!
Book Sale - July 4th - 9am-2pm. Sponsored by our Friends Group and held on Main Street in Belgrade Lakes Village.
Book Group meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm at the Library. The title of that month's book choice is posted on the library's online catalog.
